1.3 “Rental Agreement” refers to the agreement entered into by Baahee and the renter of any bikes, including specific terms related to rental duration, deposit, maintenance obligations, and tracking technology compliance.
2. Use of Website
2.1 You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the website.
2.2 You must not:
Use the website in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the website.
Upload, post, or transmit any material that contains viruses or harmful programs.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the website.
3. Intellectual Property

Flexible Plan: Weekly rentals cancellable at any time.
Subscription Plan: 12-week term with automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date.
7.2 Rental Pricing:
Stride e-Bike: Subscription = £45 per week, Flexible = £54 per week.
Snap e-Bike: Subscription = £50 per week, Flexible = £60 per week.
7.3 Late Return Fees:
A charge of £30 per day applies for late returns.
If the bike is not returned within five (5) days, it will be considered stolen, and full liability will apply.
7.4 Purchases:
Payments must be made in full unless an instalment plan is agreed upon.
7.5 Taxes:
You are responsible for all applicable taxes, including VAT.
7.6Refunds:
Rental deposits are refundable under the terms outlined in your rental agreement.
Purchases are subject to return policies provided at the time of sale.
8. Tracking Technology and Data Usage
8.1 All rented bikes are equipped with tracking stickers for safety, operational efficiency, and theft prevention purposes. By renting a bike, you consent to the collection and use of tracking data
8.2 Tampering with Tracking Stickers:
Renters must not remove, cover, or damage tracking stickers.
Any tampering with tracking technology will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement and renters will be charged the full cost of the bike.
8.3 Data Processing:
Tracking data is stored securely and accessed only for security, theft recovery, and operational needs.
Tracking data cannot be disabled during an active rental period.
We do not share tracking data with third parties except when required for theft recovery or legal purposes.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 We do not guarantee that the website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
9.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any damages, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, arising out of your use of or inability to use the website or our services.
10. Indemnification
10.1 You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Baahee, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the website or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
