Baahee offers bike rentals and sales to suit your needs. You can choose from flexible weekly rental plans, 12-week subscription plans, or purchase bikes outright.

A refundable deposit of £100 is required when you collect the bike.

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Full payment is required unless an installment plan is agreed upon.
Yes, order confirmation details will be sent to your email, and tracking information will be provided once your bike has been shipped.

Payments are automatically deducted weekly for both Flexible and Subscription Plans. Ensure that your payment method is up-to-date to avoid disruptions.
All prices include applicable taxes, such as VAT, unless stated otherwise.
For rentals, missed payments may result in the termination of your agreement and forfeiture of the £100 deposit. For purchases, late payments may incur penalties.

Rental bikes must be brought in for biweekly maintenance at a designated Baahee location. Failure to comply may result in termination of your rental agreement and forfeiture of the deposit.
Yes, all rental bikes are equipped with GPS tracking for security and operational purposes. Tampering with the GPS system is prohibited and may result in termination of the rental agreement and forfeiture of the deposit.
We comply with GDPR regulations and only use GPS data for theft recovery, maintenance, and operational purposes. Your data is never shared without your consent.
