At Baahee, we strive to provide efficient and reliable shipping for all our products and rented bikes. By placing an order or renting a bike with us, you agree to the following shipping terms:
1. Shipping Timeline:
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.
For bike rentals, customers are required to book a collection date at our designated location:

During collection, we conduct paperwork, verify documents, and sign the rental agreement.
2. Shipping Costs:
Shipping is free within England.
For regions outside England but within the UK (e.g., Northern Ireland, Guernsey, Isle of Man), a flat shipping fee of £80 applies.
For returned items or bikes, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Tracking Information:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery status.
4. Delivery Address:
Ensure that your delivery address is correct. We are not responsible for lost or delayed orders due to incorrect address details.
5. Lost or Damaged Items:
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@baahee.com within 48 hours of delivery. We may require photographs of the damage to process a replacement or refund.
Returns Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase or rental experience. If you need to return or exchange an item, the following terms apply:

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. .
2. Partial Refunds:
Partial refunds may be granted for:
Items returned in a condition not matching their original state, such as missing parts or damage not caused by us.
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
3. Sale Items:
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
4. Late or Missing Refunds:

Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at support@baahee.com to arrange an exchange.
Gifts
1. Gift Returns:
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received and approved, a gift certificate will be issued.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, we will issue a refund to the original purchaser.

Rental-Specific Information
1. Rental Collection Process:
Rentals must be collected in person at the following location:

During collection, we will:
Verify your documents.
Conduct a walkthrough of the bike.
Sign the rental agreement.
Collect a £100 refundable depositin cash.
2. Rental Returns:
Rented bikes must be returned to the location specified in your rental agreement by the agreed return date.
Late returns may incur additional charges as outlined in the rental agreement.
The £100 deposit will be refunded in cash upon return of the bike in acceptable condition, as defined in the rental agreement.
Tracking Technology & Liability for Tampering
All rented bikes are equipped with tracking stickers to monitor their location and ensure security.
Renters must not remove, cover, or tamper with tracking stickers.
Any attempt to disable or tamper with tracking stickers will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement, and the renter will be charged the full cost of the bike.
Tracking data is collected and used only for theft prevention, operational efficiency, and contract enforcement.
Renters cannot opt out of tracking during an active rental period.
